恢复体验对生活满意度的影响:积极情绪的中介作用

Recovery experience and life datisfaction: The mediating role of positive affect

本研究采用恢复体验量表、生活满意度量表和积极情绪量表对湖北、安徽、上海等地的322名中学教师进行测查,探究积极情绪在恢复体验和生活满意度之间的中介作用。结果表明:(1)恢复体验与积极情绪、生活满意度之间均存在显著的正相关;(2)恢复体验不仅能够直接对生活满意度产生积极作用,而且可以通过积极情绪的中介作用间接影响生活满意度。这表明恢复体验与中学教师的生活满意度之间关系密切,而积极情绪在其中起着重要作用。

Three hundred and twenty two secondary school teachers were asked to fill out the Recovery Experience Scale,the Positive Affect Scale,and the Life Satisfaction Scale in the present study.We explored the relationship between recovery experience and life satisfaction and the mediating effect of positive effect.The results indicated that:(1)There was a significant positive relationship between recovery experience,life satisfaction and positive effect.(2)Recovery experience had directly positive effects on life satisfaction,at the same time it could also indirectly and positively affect life satisfaction by positive effect.This study showed that recovery experience had an important effect on secondary school teachers’life satisfaction,and positive effect played an important role between recovery experience and life satisfaction.
