摘要
通过对糯玉米优良地方种质资源的挖掘利用,创制糯玉米自交系BN330;利用单倍体诱导技术获得单倍体,经自然加倍选育出双隐性甜糯自交系TN180;两者杂交后育成高产多抗糯玉米品种‘天糯828’。该品种鲜穗产量14 416. 5 kg/hm^2,比对照‘美玉8号’增产25. 3%,生育期(出苗至采收) 85. 1 d,比对照短1. 6 d,于2017年通过浙江省农作物品种审定委员会审定。
The waxy maize inbred line BN330 was developed by exploiting and utilizing the excellent local germplasm resources of waxy maize,and the double recessive sweet waxy inbred line TN180 was bred by haploid natural doubling,which was obtained by haploid induction technology.A waxy maize variety‘Tiannuo 828’with high yield and multi-resistance was bred by crossing the two inbred lines.The fresh panicle yield of the variety was 14 416.5 kg hm 2,25.3%higher than that of the control‘Meiyu 8’,and its growth period(seedling emergence to harvest)was 85.1 days,1.6 days shorter than that of the control.The variety was approved by Zhejiang Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2017.
