旅游区边缘型小城镇规划策略研究——以杨柳镇为例

The Strategy Research of the Small Towns on the Tourist Area Edge: Taking Yangliu Town as an Example

自我国进入新型城镇化阶段以来,小城镇的发展成为社会关注的焦点。小城镇是乡村地区发展的引擎,直接关系到乡村振兴。小城镇由于所处地理区位、自然环境、历史文化资源、产业基础等条件千差万别,其发展的方法与路径不尽相同。安徽省宣城市杨柳镇属于各方面资源条件比较普通的小城镇,其较突出的特点是位于重点旅游区的边缘区位。这样的区位条件一方面给杨柳镇提供了优先的发展条件,另一方面其各种资源也有被虹吸的可能。本文从生态学的边缘效应理论视角出发,分析杨柳镇在旅游区边缘的边缘效应,通过对现状资源、发展条件的梳理评估及空间化,分别从交通、功能、资源、空间等多个方面探寻边缘型小城镇的发展路径。本文认为充分利用边缘区的区位优势,通过对交通、功能、资源、空间的提升和改善,是资源条件平平的边缘型小城镇发展的主要路径。

Since our country entering new-type urbanization,the small towns became the focus.The small towns are the development engine of the rural area,which can bring the development of the rural area.Because of the different location,natural environment,historical resources and industry bases,the small towns could have different development ways.Yangliu Town is a common small town,it is at the edge of tourist area.From a perspective of Fringe Effect,by analyzing the resources and the development condition,the paper discusses the development ways of the fringe towns from traffic,function,resource and space.
