摘要 目前我国矿井下使用的液压支架控制器主要来源依靠进口,国产的控制器在性能和稳定性方面尚不能满足需求,因此设计了一种基于微控制器STM32的液压支架控制器,介绍了系统整体架构、关键硬件设计和程序流程设计。经井下试验表明,该液压支架控制器性能稳定、功能良好,可为井下同类型的控制器设计提供参考。 At present,the main sources of hydraulic support controller used in Chinese mines are imported,and the performance and stability of the domestic controller can not meet the demand yet.A hydraulic support controller based on microcontroller STM32 has been designed.The overall structure,key hardware design and program flow design of the system were introduced.The design of the controller was verified by downhole test,with stable performance and good function,which provided a reference for the design of the same type of controller in underground coal mine.
