摘要
齿轮齿条传动方式是实现旋转运动和直线运动相互转换的传动方案,两者有效地结合可组成各式各样的机械伺服驱动系统。在介绍三菱MR-JR4伺服控制系统的基础上,根据工艺要求,设计了速度和位置双重控制方案,保证了运行设备的稳定性、安全性。
The gear and rack drive mode is a transmission scheme to realize the mutual conversion of the rotation motion and the linear motion,which can be combined effectively to compose a variety of mechanical servo drive systems.Based on the introduction of the servo control system Mitsubishi MR-JR4,the dual control scheme of speed and position has been designed according to the requirements of the process,which can ensure the stable and safe operation of the operating equipment.
