摘要 通过对矿山磨机常用启动方式及矿石研磨工况调节进行分析和比较,得出结论:由高压变频器驱动磨机高压同步电动机调速方案是目前矿石磨矿较合适的调节方式。采用现代数字控制技术平衡启动,高精度主从力矩平衡控制及平稳的机械操控性能,可使磨机运行在最佳磨矿速度点,减少返砂率,增加矿浆产出率,对提高磨机效能及提升生产效率具有重要意义。 Through the analysis and comparison of the common starting mode of the mine mill and the adjustment of the ore grinding condition,it is concluded that the speed control scheme of high voltage synchronous motor driven by high voltage converter is a more suitable adjustment method for ore grinding.Using modern digital control technology to balance the start,high precision principal and subordinate torque balance control and stable mechanical control performance can make the mill run at the best grinding speed point,reduce the rate of return sand and increase the output rate of pulp,which is important to improve the efficiency of the mill and the production.
