摘要
为自动调节各驱动轮的行驶速度,达到自动控制差速的目的,设计了适用于支架搬运车的液压差速控制装置,介绍了支架搬运车行走液压系统原理。根据车辆结构特点及其闭式系统工作特性,提出了支架搬运车差速控制装置设计方法,可解决支架搬运车差速控制问题,改善支架搬运车使用性能,减少轮胎磨损量,为同类车型行走液压系统的设计提供参考。
A hydraulic differential control device for support truck has been designed,and the principle of the hydraulic system of the support truck has been introduced.According to the characteristics of the vehicle structure and the working characteristics of the closed system,the design method of the differential speed control device for the support truck has been proposed,which can solve the problem of the differential speed control of the support truck,improve the performance of the support and reduce the tire wear,and provide a reference for the design of the hydraulic system for the similar type of vehicle.
