摘要
通过对23MnNiMoCr54材料的实验与分析,研究了23MnNiMoCr54材料和Q345材料的焊接工艺,确定了采煤机螺旋滚筒齿座的材料与焊接工艺。研究表明,23MnNiMoCr54材料能满足齿座材料强度的要求,并通过对23MnNiMoCr54和Q345的焊接工艺控制,使焊缝满足设计要求。
Through the experiment and analysis of material 23MnNiMoCr54,and the research on the welding technology of material 23MnNiMoCr54 and material Q345,the material and welding process of the spiral roller tooth seat of the shearer have been determined.The research showed that the material 23MnNiMoCr54 can meet the strength requirements of the seat material,and by controlling the welding process of 23MnNiMoCr54 and Q345,the welding which can meet the design requirements was finally obtained.
