摘要
对目前液压支架侧护板侧推装置结构形式进行分析发现,薄煤层的大倾角双活侧护板液压支架在顶梁与掩护梁空间有限的情况下无法满足需要。对此提出一种新型侧推装置设计,该装置将原先侧推千斤顶与弹簧分开式更改为千斤顶与弹簧一体式。在田庄煤矿实际应用中,该侧推装置能很好地应用于薄煤层液压支架侧护板中,取得了较好的效果。
In view of the current structure of the side guard plate of the hydraulic support,the large dip angle double removable side guard plate hydraulic support of the thin coal seam can not meet the needs of the roof beam and the shield beam.A new type of side pushing device has been designed,the device is divided by the original side pushing jack and a spring,which has been changed into a lifting jack and a spring.In the actual application of the Tianzhuang Coal Mine,this side pushing device can be well applied to the side guard plate of the thin seam hydraulic support.
