摘要
阐述了南瓜籽粕在植物蛋白源饲料、食品开发、医疗保健品和可食用包装膜等方面的应用研究进展,并提出了我国在南瓜籽粕开发领域存在的不足。
The application progress of pumpkin seed meal in plant protein feed,food development,health care products and edible packaging film was reviewed,and the shortcomings in the field of pumpkin seed meal development in China were put forward.
