摘要
选用超临界CO_2萃取法提取大豆胚芽油。以单因素试验为基础,选取萃取温度,萃取时间,萃取压力,CO_2流量为主要考察因素,使用响应面设计法优化大豆胚芽油超临界提取工艺条件。优化后的提取工艺条件为提取温度45℃、萃取时间120 min、萃取压力为30 MPa、CO_2流量为30 kg/h,在此提取条件下平行实验3次,测得胚芽油出油率为(9.31±0.38)%,与预测值无显著差异。
The soybean gern oil was extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction.Based on single factor experiment,extration tempetature,extraction time,extraction pressure and CO2 flow rate were seleted as major factors to optimize supercritical CO2 extraction of soybean gern oil by response surface analysis.The optimized extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temprature 45℃,extraction time 120 min,extraction pressure 30 MPa and CO2 flows rate 30 kg/h.Three parallel experiments were conducted under these conditions and the oil yield was(9.31±0.38)%which was not significantly different from the predicted value.
