摘要
在单因素试验基础上,通过响应面法优化苦参种子黄酮超声提取工艺。最佳提取条件为液料比13∶1(m L/g)、超声时间105 min、超声频率74 Hz。在此条件下,黄酮提取量预测值为13.49mg/g,验证值为13.41 mg/g,与理论值基本一致,说明此优化方法合理可行。
On the basis of single factor,response surface methodology was applied to optimize ultrasound extraction of flavonoids from Sophora flavescens seeds.The optimum technological conditions were as follows:ratio of liquid-solid 13∶1(mL/g),ultrasound time 105 min and ultrasound power 74 Hz.Under the optimized conditions,the predicted extraction amount of flavonoids was 13.49 mg/g,and the verified extraction amount was 13.41 mg/g,which was consistent with the theoretical value.Therefore,the optimized extraction procedure was reliable.
