中国产业融合对制造业创新效率的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Industry Convergence on Manufacturing Innovation Efficiency in China

利用耦联评价模型和随机前沿分析方法分别测度全国及东中西部三大区域2006—2015年制造业与信息业的融合水平和制造业创新效率,构建面板回归模型实证检验产业融合对制造业创新效率影响的区域异质性,结果表明:在研究期内,中国制造业与信息业的融合水平以及制造业创新效率均呈上升趋势,均呈现明显的"东—中—西"梯级差异格局;无论是全国层面还是三大区域层面,产业融合对制造业创新效率均产生显著正向影响,表明产业融合能提升制造业创新效率;产业融合对制造业创新效率的提升效应存在区域异质性,不同于东部和中部地区的持续正向影响,西部地区产业融合对制造业创新效率的提升效应呈倒"U"型关系。

In this paper,the coupling evaluation model and stochastic frontier analysis method are used to measure the three regions of the country and the eastern,central and western regions respectively from 2006 to 2015,the level of integration of manufacturing and information industry and manufacturing innovation efficiency,a panel regression model is built to empirically test the regional heterogeneity of the impact of industrial integration on manufacturing innovation efficiency.The results show that during the research period,the integration level of China’s manufacturing industry and information industry and the innovation efficiency of manufacturing industry are all on the rise,showing an obvious‘East-Central-West’cascade difference pattern;whether it is the national level or the three regional level industries,the integration has a significant positive impact on the innovation efficiency of the manufacturing industry,indicating that industrial integration can indeed improve the efficiency of manufacturing innovation;the effect of industrial integration on the efficiency of manufacturing innovation has regional heterogeneity,which is different from the continuous positive in the eastern and central regions.The impact of the industrial integration in the western region on the promotion efficiency of manufacturing innovation has a inverted“U”type.
