中国居民消费结构与产业结构的和谐性研究

Study on the Harmony Between the Resident Consumption Structure and Industrial Structure in China

中国居民消费结构与产业结构的和谐性,是适应居民消费需求变化,影响中国产业结构升级和经济高质量发展的重要因素。运用DEA方法测度二者的和谐性,结果显示中国居民消费结构与产业结构的和谐性呈现波动下降趋势。通过偏离度分析,发现居民居住消费、教育文化娱乐消费和医疗保健消费三项支出与三次产业的和谐偏离尤为明显,要通过短期内扩大高端产品及服务的进口和长期内借助供给侧结构性改革提高本土高端产品及服务的供给能力,来满足居民高端的消费需求。

The harmony between the consumption structure and the industrial structure is an important factor to adapt to the change of the consumption demand,to upgrade the industrial structure and to develop the economy with high quality.This paper uses DEA method measures the harmony between them in China.The result shows that the harmony between the consumption structure and the industrial structure is fluctuating and decreasing.Through the deviation analysis,it is found that the harmonious deviation between residential consumption,education,culture,entertainment and health care consumption and the three industries is especially obvious.In the short term,by expanding the import of high-end products and services,Long-term supply capacity of local high-end products and services through supply-side structural reform to meet the needs of high-end consumption.
