摘要
某型动车组新换轮对轴箱轴承在试运行及上线运行载客初期,存在匀脂不均,温度骤升的现象,轴承温度或温差超过限定标准,影响动车组的运行安全。通过分析轴承运行原理,并对故障轴承数据进行统计发现,轴承匀脂的温升规律与运行时间及里程有关。分析现有的动车组试运行方案,提出有针对性的轮对轴承试运行优化方案。
There are uneven greasing and excessive temperature rise of new axle box bearings for wheel pair in EMU during trial operation and early stage of on-line operation,and the temperature or temperature difference of the bearings exceed limitation standard,which has influence on safe operation of EMU.By analyzing operating principles of the bearings,the statistics on data of fault bearings shows that the temperature rise law of greasing is related to operating time and mileage.The current trial operation scheme is analyzed for EMU,and the targeted trial operation scheme is proposed for wheel pair bearings.
