摘要
针对轻、窄系列轴承套圈端面弯曲度检测的难题,通过分析检测原理,设计了一种滚动轴承套圈端面弯曲度检测装置,在测量平板的T形槽内设置端面支承,将被测套圈悬空后采用上、下2块测量表同时对被测套圈进行测量,以此实现套圈端面弯曲度的检测。该检测装置简单、可靠,能够满足不同尺寸轴承套圈的端面弯曲度、平行度、高度变动量等参数的检测。
The bending of end face of light and narrow series bearing rings is difficult to detect,the bending detector for end face of rolling bearing rings is designed through analysis of detection principles.The end face supporting is set in T-shaped groove of measured flat plate,and the suspending rings is measured by using upper and lower gages to realize bending detection.The detector is simple and reliable,which is able to detect bending,parallelism and height variation of bearing rings with different sizes.
