子宫体输精技术对母猪繁殖性能的影响

The Effect of Post-Cervical Insemination on Sows Reproductive Performance

为研究子宫体输精技术对母猪繁殖性能的影响,将355头长大二元杂后备母猪和931头长大二元杂经产母猪于配种时进行子宫体深部输精。结果显示,子宫体输精的后备母猪分娩率降低2.20个百分点(P>0.05),胎均总仔下降0.39头(P>0.05);子宫体输精的经产母猪胎均总仔极显著提高0.83头(P<0.01),胎均健仔显著提高0.52头(P<0.05),繁殖效率增加至1 223头,精子使用量减少了50%。结果表明,子宫体输精技术并未能提高后备母猪的整体繁殖性能,但能显著提高经产母猪的繁殖性能和大幅度减少精子使用量。

The total number of 355 Landrace-Yorkshire hybrid gilts and 931 Landrace-Yorkshire hybrid sows were measured post-cervical insemination for studying the effect of post-cervical insemination on sow reproductive performance.This study results had the following:first of all,the farrowing rate of gilts with postcervical insemination decreased by 2.20 percentage points(P >0.05)and the litter size decreased by 0.39(P >0.05).Secondly,the litter size of sows with post-cervical insemination was significantly increased by 0.83(P<0.01),and the qualified piglets was significantly increased by 0.52(P<0.05);besides,the reproductive efficiency was increased to 1 223,and the amount of sperm was reduced by 50%.Comprehensive above,the post-cervical insemination can not improve the overall reproductive performance of gilts,but can significantly increase the reproductive performance of sows and greatly reduce the amount of sperm.
