大型溞粉替代鱼粉对黄颡鱼生长、部分生化指标及水质指标的影响 被引量:1

Effects of daphnia magna meal replacing fish meal on growth, biochemical indexes of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco and water quality indexes

摘要 选取720尾平均体重为(56.67±10.75)g的健康黄颡鱼,随机分为6组,分别投喂大型溞粉替代不同水平鱼粉的饲料[0%(Y1)、20%(Y2)、40%(Y3)、60%(Y4)、80%(Y5)、100%(Y6)],试验周期为60 d。旨在探讨大型溞粉替代不同水平的鱼粉对黄颡鱼生长、部分生化指标及水质指标的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,Y3、Y4组增重率、特定生长率、蛋白质效率显著增加,其中Y4组效果最为显著(P<0.05);Y3和Y4组饵料系数显著降低(P<0.05)。从血清和肝胰脏生化指标来看,Y2~Y4组能显著提高血清和肝胰脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,且最高活性均为Y3组(P<0.05);Y2~Y5组肝胰脏和血清中过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均有所提高,且Y4组活性最为显著(P<0.05);Y4~Y6组均能显著降低血清和肝胰脏中丙二醛(MDA)含量,其中最小值为Y4组(P<0.05);Y3~Y6组均能显著降低肝胰脏中谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活性,其中,Y4、Y5组最明显(P<0.05)。血清中Y3~Y5组GOT活性明显下降,其中Y4组活性最低(P<0.05)。Y4组可有效降低水中亚硝酸盐含量(P<0.05)。总之,适宜水平大型溞粉替代鱼粉能显著提高黄颡鱼生长及非特异性免疫力,且能有效降低水体亚硝酸盐含量,建议替代比例为60%。 In this experiment,a total of 720 healthy Pelteobagrus fulvidraco[average body weight:(56.67±10.75)g]were randomly divided into 6 groups and fed diets of daphnia magna powder replaces different levels of fish meal respectively[0%(Y1),20%(Y2),40%(Y3),60%(Y4),80%(Y5),100%(Y6)]and the experiment lasted for 60 days.This experiment was conducted to study the effects of daphnia magna powder replacing different levels of fish meal on growth,some biochemical indicators and water quality indicators in Pelteobagrus fulvidraco.The results showed that compared with the control group,the weight gain rate,specific growth rate,and protein efficiency of the Y3 and Y4 groups increased significantly,and the effect of the Y4 group was the most significant(P<0.05).The feed coefficient of Y3 and Y4 groups was significantly lower(P<0.05).From the serum and hepatopancreatic biochemical indicators,Y2~Y4 group can significantly increase the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in serum and hepatopancreas,and the highest activity was Y3 group(P<0.05);The activities of catalase in hepatopancreas and serum had increased(Y2~Y5 group)and the CAT activity of Y4 was the most significant.Y4~Y6 group can significantly reduce the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum and hepatopancreas,and the minimum value was Y4 group(P<0.05).Y3~Y6 group can significantly reduce the activity of aspartate aminotransferase(GOT)and alanine aminotransferase(GPT)in hepatopancreas,among which Y4 and Y5 groups were the most obvious(P<0.05).The GOT activity in the serum of Y3~Y5 group was significantly decreased,and the activity of Y4 group was the lowest(P<0.05).Y4 group can effectively reduce the nitrite content in water(P<0.05).In conclusion,the appropriate level of daphnia magna powder instead of fish meal can significantly improve the growth and non-specific immunity inPelteobagrus fulvidraco,and reduce the nitrite content in water effectively,the recommended replacement ratio is 60%.
