This paper investigates related enterprises,scientific research institutes through the questionnaire survey, field survey and other survey method to understand the demand for literature information service in science and technology innovation and channels of obtaining information,as well as familiar situation to the Shanxi Province scientific and technological literature resource sharing policy and Shanxi Comprehensive Scientific and Technological Literature Sharing Service Platform,expounds service strategies of Shanxi Comprehensive Scientific and Technological Literature Sharing Service Platform help on regional scientific and technological innovation from propaganda,services and talent construction of platform.
