伦理决策视角下绿色供应链管理的影响因素及其对策研究

Study on Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Green Supply Chain Management from the Perspective of Ethical Decision-making

面对复杂多变的环境,为了实现供应链的绿色、持续与和谐发展,在追求供应链上企业价值的同时,还需供应链内外的利益相关者承担起直接或间接的社会伦理责任。在分析伦理决策与绿色供应链管理内涵的基础上,从内部绿色管理、绿色采购和企业伦理等方面阐述了影响绿色供应链企业可持续发展的关键因素,并从构建环境伦理评价体系、建设企业内部伦理和完善绿色供应链合作伙伴选择标准等方面,探讨了伦理决策下实施绿色供应链管理的对策。

Due to the complex and changeable environment,in order to realize the green,sustainable and harmonious development of supply chain management,while pursuing the enterprise value in the supply chain,it also has to assume social and ethical responsibilities to stakeholders inside and outside its supply chain.On the basis of analyzing the connotation of ethical decision-making and green supply chain management,this paper expounds the key factors influencing the sustainable development of green supply chain enterprises from the aspects of internal green management,green procurement and enterprise ethics,and discussion on the countermeasures of implementing green supply chain management under ethical decision-making from the aspects of constructing the evaluation system of environmental ethics,constructing the internal ethics of enterprises,and perfecting the selection standards of green supply chain partners,etc.
