苏里格凝析油乳液破乳剂的筛选研究 被引量:6

摘要 目前,随着苏里格气田的扩大开采,现场泡排剂与消泡剂的用量加大导致后期采出液乳化严重,凝析油、水、药剂以及机械残渣形成均匀稳定乳液,破乳困难,严重影响其中凝析油的回收利用。因此筛选出高效快速的凝析油乳液用破乳剂对气田的后期开采以及凝析油的回收利用具有重大意义。本文针对苏里格气田现场条件,确定破乳实验方法,筛选出效果较好的破乳剂XX103和XX302,通过复配,确定最佳的破乳剂配比为1∶3,现场最佳使用质量分数为0.7%,最短破乳时间为12h。 The amount of bubble discharge agent and defoamer in gas extraction wells increases, resulting in serious emulsification of late extraction fluid. Water, gas condensate, pharmaceutical and mechanical residues form uniform and stable emulsion. It affects the recovery and utilization of condensate in the produced emulsion.Therefore, screening efficient and fast demulsifier for recovery of condensate from produced liquid is of great significance for the later stage production of gas field and the recovery and utilization of condensate. In this paper,the method of demulsification is determined according to the conditions of Sulige field. The laboratory screened 21 kinds of demulsifier, determined that the demulsifier XX103 and XX302 had the best demulsification effect, the best ratio is 1:3,and the best use application amount is 0.7%,the shortest demulsification time is 12 hours.
