摘要 激光雕刻工艺在机械制造、电子元件、建筑材料、纺织面料以及装饰工艺等领域得到了广泛的应用。基于这一工艺,文章就激光雕刻工艺的原理、实际应用,以及现状与趋势进行研究。采用双面呢为实验对象,运用激光雕刻与激光切割工艺结合,再造服装面料表面,并形成半雕刻的肌理效果。在实验中应注意控制量变且针对面料属性做具体分析,以提高服装制作效率。该项研究可改变服装面料的单一性,为服装面料的肌理展现更多效果。 Laser engraving technology has been widely applied in machinery manufacturing,electronic components,building materials,textile fabrics and decoration technology.The principle and practical application of laser engraving technology,as well as its current situation and trend were discussed.The double-sided wool fabrics were selected as the experimental object.The combination of laser carving and laser cutting were used to reconstruct the surface of the garment fabric and form a semi-carved texture effect.The quantitative change was controlled,and the fabric properties were analyzed during the experiment.It was found that the efficiency of garment was improved.This technology offered more surface effect for fabric texture.
