北京历史文化保护区建筑状况与人居环境研究

Study on the Building Status and Living Environment of Beijing Historical and Cultural Preservation Area

指出了北京历史文化保护区存在着基础设施老化、房屋建筑陈旧、人居环境恶化等诸多问题。以实地调研为基础,分析了保护区内存在的各种问题,并提出了建筑修缮保护与改善人居环境质量等问题的方法。目标力争建立一套科学严谨的体系,为建筑状况和人居环境的改善等方面的工作提供有价值的参考。

There are many problems in Beijing's historical and cultural reserves.On the basis of field investigation,this paper analyses various problems existing in the reserve,and discusses the methods of building renovation,protection and improvement of living environment quality.The goal is to establish a scientific system,which can provide valuable reference for the improvement of building condition and living environment.
