摘要
指出了多胺(PAs)是一种脂肪族化合物,广泛存在于生物体内。多胺在生理代谢以及抗胁迫过程中起着重要的作用。近年来,多胺在藻类中的重要性受到关注。综述了国内外藻类多胺的研究进展,探讨了多胺在藻类生理代谢过程以及对抗环境压力(即抗胁迫)方面的作用,并对比了多胺代谢在藻类和高等植物中的相似性和差异性。
Polyamines (PAs) are an aliphatic compound that is widely found in living organisms. Polyamines play an important role in physiological metabolism and stress resistance. In recent years, polyamines have become more and more important in algae. This paper reviews the recent research progress at home and abroad, and briefly introduces the role of polyamines in the physiological metabolism of algae and against environmental stress (ie, stress resistance). The similarities and differences in polyamine metabolism in algae and higher plants were compared.
