针对西藏大学有机化学在教学中存在具体问题,就如何增强其教学质量,结合自身教学经验,提出了强化基础教学、师资力量的保证、教学手段的多元化和丰富实验课程等改进措施,以期学生有机化学的整体水平有所提升。

This paper analyzes the specific problems in the teaching of organic chemistry in our school, How to improve the quality of organic chemistry teaching, through the actual situation of teaching, there are several ways to do it , by strengthening basic teaching, guaranteeing the strength of teachers, enriching teaching methods and enriching the experimental courses, the overall level of organic chemistry of the students has been improved.
