The Establishment of Stress and Depression Model in Mice: A Review

摘要 抑郁症动物模型是研究抑郁机制和筛选抗抑郁症药物的重要工具和有效手段,已经被越来越广泛的运用到医学研究中去。目前常用的应激抑郁动物模型有行为绝望、慢性束缚应激、慢性不可预见性温和刺激、获得性无助、新奇环境诱导食欲减退、母仔分离等,而24小时束缚应激、牙科噪声诱导抑郁是新的简单造模方式。不同的造模方式存在各自的优缺点,可以根据需要选用不同的抑郁模型。 The animal model of depression is an important tool and effective means to study the mechanism of depression and the screening of antidepressant drugs.It has been used more and more widely in medical research.At present,the commonly used animal models of stress depression include behavioral despair,chronic restraint stress,chronic unpredictable mild stress,learned helplessness,novelty induced hypophagia,mother and child separation,etc.The 24-hour restraint stress and dental noise-induced depression are new and simple models.Different modeling methods have their own advantages and disadvantages,and different depression models can be selected according to needs.
