医学生视角下的儿科学专业现状与展望

The Current Situation and the Outlook of Pediatrics from the Perspective of Medical Students

儿科医生短缺是当前社会舆论的焦点,也是医疗行业一项亟待破解的现实问题,而儿科学医学生的培养机制和儿科医生的执业生态是否契合这种需求,值得探讨研究。在调研、访谈的基础上,以医学生的视角,从高考志愿选择时的认可、大学课程选课的迷茫、到毕业择业时的逃离等方面,分析了儿科行业体制上存在的问题,并提出在医科院校招生、儿科执业医生薪酬方面进行改革,并增大对儿科的扶持力度,建立尊医重医风尚等建议意见。

The shortage of pediatricians has become the sharp focus of social public opinion nowadays.It is also a realistic problem in medical industry that demands a prompt solution.But it is worth discussing whether the cultivation mechanism of medical students majoring in pediatrics and the employment ecology of pediatricians can fit in with this demand.On the basis of investigations and interviews,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the system of pediatrics industry from the perspective of medical students,involving their initial recognition of voluntary choices of medical majors,their later confusion about the selection of uni-versity specialty and their final escape from being pediatricians.In view of the problems,this paper further puts forward some constructive suggestions in the following aspects including reforms in the enrollment of medical colleges and universities and increasing remuneration for pediatricians,enhancing support for pediatrics and forming a prevailing habit of respecting and valuing pediatricians.
