地方院校计算机科学与技术专业应用型人才培养探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Applied Talents Cultivation of Computer Science and Technology Major in Local Colleges

当前,我国高等教育逐步由精英教育阶段转向大众化教育阶段,一些高校人才培养的重心正在向培养应用型人才推进和转变,地方普通本科院校向应用转型是符合当前高等教育发展趋势。本文分析了计算机科学与技术专业应用型人才培养当前面临的主要问题,并以井冈山大学电子与信息工程学院为例,对计算机科学与技术专业应用型人才培养进行了探索与实践,从人才培养目标和方案、师资队伍、教学方法、实践教学和培养渠道等几个方面阐述了该专业的具体实施以彰显应用能力的培养,以期对该专业应用型人才培养起到一定的参考与借鉴作用。

At present,China's higher education has gradually shifted from elite education stage to popular education.The focus of talent training in some colleges and universities is advancing and changing to the cultivation of applied talents.The transformation of local ordinary undergraduate colleges to the application is in line with the current trend of higher education development.This paper analyzes the main problems facing the cultivation of applied talents in computer science and technology,and takes the School of electronics and information engineering of Jinggangshan university as an example to explore and practice the training of applied talents of computer science and technology,and describes the specific implementation of the major from the goal and plan of talents cultivation,teaching staff,teaching methods,practical teaching and training channels in order to highlight the training of the application ability.It is expected to play a certain role in reference for the training of applied talents in this major.
