摘要
地方高校依托产学研平台构建人才培养共同体,探索新型人才培养模式,以满足区域升级转型对人才的需求。借鉴德国双元制教育经验,地方高校面向需求,从共建多元主体协调机制、校内外实训基地、双师双能型队伍、人才培养模式四个方面探索产学研协同育人模式,并从优化产学研合作的机制环境、强化产学研合作与区域发展的互动、充分挖掘产学研合作的特色三个方面增强双元制在协同育人中的作用。
Local colleges and universities should rely on the co-platform of industry,university and research to build a talent training community and explore new talent cultivating mode to meet the needs of regional upgrading and transformation.Drawing on German dual-system education experience,university should be demand-oriented and implement the following four aspects:establishing a diversified coordinating mechanism,co-building a training center on campus and outside the campus,co-cultivating double professional faculty team and forge a mode of talent training.The paper emphasizes the importance of dual-system in collaborative talent cultivation in three aspects like optimizing the mechanism environment,strengthening the interaction,and fully exploring the characteristics of industry-university-research cooperation.
