普惠金融视域下地方本科院校金融人才培养模式创新探析

An Analysis on the Innovation of Financial Talent Cultivation Model in Local Universities under the Perspective of Inclusive Finance

普惠金融的发展,虽然有助于地方本科院校拓展金融类专业毕业生就业空间,构建特色金融人才培养模式,但是也要求其革新发展思路,自主探寻普惠金融人才培养模式的构建之策。近年来,地方本科院校金融类专业发展迅速,但是人才培养定位、课程体系、实践教学体系和师资结构等方面均与普惠金融发展存在不相适应之处。这要求地方本科院校科学界定人才培养目标,优化专业设置和课程体系,提高特色课程比重,加大人才引进与培育力度。

Although the development of inclusive finance helps the local universities expand the employment for the financial undergraduates and build a characteristic financial talents training model,it is also necessary for the local universities to innovate development ideas and explore the construction strategy of the inclusive financial talents training model.In recent years,the financial major of local universities have developed rapidly,but the problems that do not meet the requirement of inclusive financial development generally exist among the orientation of personnel training,curriculum system,practical teaching system and teacher structure,etc.This requires local universities to scientifically define talent training objective,optimize major setting and curriculum system,improve the proportion of the featured courses and increase the talent introduction and cultivation.
