摘要 建构主义教师教育是一种以建构主义理论为指导的,有目的、有计划和有组织的教师培养培训的新模式,标志着教师教育模式的范式转型。《劳拉日记:瑞吉欧教育展评》是一部体现建构主义教师教育理念的教育日记,它有助于帮助幼儿教师树立"儿童本位"的儿童文化观,是建构幼儿教师反思文化的重要工具,是幼儿教师教育文化及学习共同体建设的重要载体。重视培养幼儿教师撰写与运用教育日记的能力是幼儿教师专业成长的有效途径。 The Constructivist Teacher Education is a new model based on the theory of Constructivist,which guides,designs,fosters and trains teachers.It marks a kind of paradigm transformation of teacher education.The Diary of Laury:Pespectives about Reggio Education is an educational diary which embodies the ideas of Constructivist Teacher Education,which is of great significant for teachers’professional development.Educational diary helps teachers to form the child-orientation idea.The diary is also an important constructive tool of teachers education reflection culture,and an important constructive supporter for teachers’education curriculum culture,valuation culture and the learning community.Emphasis on cultivating the ability of preschool teachers to write and use educational diaries is an effective way for preschool teachers to grow professionally.
