胃癌术后患者症状群的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of symptom group in postoperative patients with gastric cancer

目的调查胃癌术后患者的症状,探讨症状群的种类。方法 2016年10月至2017年10月采用中文版安德森症状调查量表对220例胃癌术后患者进行调查。结果通过探索性因子分析得出胃癌术后患者的临床症状大致有3种类型症状群,分别为疲乏相关症状群,胃肠道相关症状群,情绪-食欲相关症状群。结论胃癌术后患者存在多个症状,部分症状彼此关联,构成症状群。在临床护理实践中,护士在充分认识症状群特征的基础上,采取针对性的护理干预措施,以减轻患者的症状负担,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the symptoms of patients with postoperative gastric cancer and explore the types of symptom groups.Methods From October 2016 to October 2017,a total of 220 cases of patients with postoperative gastric cancer were investigated with the Chinese version of the Anderson symptom survey scale.Results Through exploratory factor analysis,the clinical symptoms of postoperative patients with gastric cancer were roughly divided into three types of symptom groups:fatigue-related symptom group,gastrointestinal-related symptom group,and emotion-appetite-related symptom group.Conclusion Patients with postoperative gastric cancer have multiple symptoms.Some of the symptoms are related to each other and constitute a symptom group.In the clinical nursing practice,the nurses take targeted nursing interventions based on the full understanding of the characteristics of the symptom group to reduce the patient’s symptom burden and improve the patient's quality of life.
