新生儿早期预警评分在识别高危新生儿病情变化中的作用与对护理质量的影响

The role of early warning score system on identifying changes in high-risk neonatal and its influence on the quality of nursing

目的探究新生儿早期预警评分在识别高危新生儿病情变化中的作用及其对护理质量的影响。方法将我院2016年2月至2017年12月收治的326例高危新生儿作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组采用新生儿早期预警评分(NEWS)护理,比较两组在识别高危新生儿病情恶变及对提高护理质量的影响。结果观察组患儿痊愈出院率明显高于对照组,入住NICU率明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组转院率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿护理评估及时性、准确性均明显高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理中使用新生儿早期预警评分表,能迅速对高危新生儿病情做出判断,有效预防病情进一步恶化,促进患儿康复,提高护理质量。

Objective To explore the role of early warning score system on identifying changes in high-risk neonatal and its influence on the quality of nursing.Methods To compared the effects of routine nursing treatment and newborn early warning scores(NEWS)nursing treatment on identifying changes and its influence on the improvement of nursing quality,326 cases had been observed and studied.The subjects were high-risk neonatal admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to December 2017,and were randomly and equally divided into control group and study group.The control group were given the routine nursing treatment,while the study group were given the NEWS nursing treatment.Results The discharge rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the rate of admission to NICU was significantly lower than that of the control group.The differences between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the difference of the rate of hospital transfer between the two groups(P >0.05).The timeliness and accuracy of the nursing evaluation of the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group.The occurrence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the NEWS method in clinical nursing could quickly identify the condition of high-risk neonates,prevent further deterioration.It’s helpful in promoting recovery and nursing quality.
