杜鹃花酸微胶囊的制备及功效评价研究

摘要 以分子包覆材料β-环糊精为囊材制备杜鹃花酸微胶囊包合物。通过正交实验确定了最佳工艺条件为:β-环糊精与杜鹃花酸的摩尔投料比为1︰2,包合时间为5 h,包合温度为70℃。制得的包合物最佳包合率为55.0%,载药量也达到43.6%;对β-环糊精杜鹃花酸微胶囊包合物与原杜鹃花酸进行了功效对比,其杜鹃花酸微胶囊包合物具有水溶性好、刺激性低等优点。 The azelaic acid microcapsule was prepared via the formation of inclusion compound in which beta-cyclodextrin was used as the capsule wall material.The optimized technological conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment:The molar ratio of beta-cyclodextrin to azelaic acid is 1:2,the inclusion time is 5 h,and the inclusion temperature is 70℃.The optimum inclusion rate of the prepared inclusion compound is 55.0%,and the drug loading is also up to 43.6%.The efficacy of azelaic acid microcapsule thus prepared was compared with that of the original azelaic acid.The azelaic acid microcapsule is advantageous in good water solubility and low irritation.
