摘要
介绍SWRH82B热轧盘条的生产工艺。通过对高碳钢SWRH82B冶炼、轧制、风冷工艺进行了探索完成了SWRH82B盘条的试制,其产品性能达到了预期效果,满足用户生产1 860 MPa级钢绞线的需要。
The production process of SWRH82B hot-rolled wire r od is introduced.Through exploring the smelting,rolling and air cooling process of high carbon steel SWRH82B,the trial production of SWRH82B wire rod has been completed.Its product performance has reached the expected effect and meets the needs of users to produce 1 860 MPa grade steel strand.
