大采深巷道耦合让压支护技术分析

Analysis of Coupling Yielding Support Technology for Large Mining Deep Lane

以整体耦合让均压支护理念出发,设计了锚杆索的主要技术参数,对其安装预应力、锚固剂、破断力等进行了选取确定。并对锚杆索的拉拔力、回采过程中载荷变化情况,及相关巷道围岩的变形等进行了现场观测,结果显示巷道支护效果良好,基本上实现了巷道支护的有冲无灾。

Based on the concept of integral coupling yielding support,the main technical parameters of anchor cables are designed,and the installation prestress,anchorage agent and breaking force are selected and determined.The pull-out force of bolt rope,the load change during mining and the deformation of surrounding rock of related roadway on-site were observed.The results show that the roadway support effect is good,and the roadway support is basically safe.
