摘要 针对8105大采高综放工作面的煤壁片帮控制问题,充分利用文献检索、现场调研、理论分析、数值模拟等工具,分析了煤壁顶部三角煤块剪切破坏的发展过程及影响因素,使用UDEC数值模拟软件对机采高度对煤壁片帮的影响情况进行模拟研究,对保持煤壁稳定性及采场支架—围岩系统管理提出合理化建议,保障了8105大采高综放工作面的高产高效生产。 Aiming at the control problem of coal wall spalling in 8105 fully mechanized caving face with large mining height,the development process and influencing factors of shear failure of triangular coal block on the top of coal wall are analyzed by means of literature search,field investigation,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The influence of mining height on coal wall spalling is simulated by UDEC numerical simulation software.The sound situation is simulated,and reasonable suggestions are put forward to maintain the stability of coal wall and the management of support-surrounding rock system in stope,which ensures the high-yield and high-efficiency production of 8105 fully mechanized caving face with large mining height.
