摘要
针对采用步进式横移装置结构的钢管水压试验设备的工艺进行研究,从而在此基础上建立起一套适用于本设备的多任务机制的自动化控制系统。该方法经实际项目测试取得预期效果。系统采用此方法后,运行稳定、良好且生产效率高。
This paper studies the process of steel pipe hydraulic test equipment with the structure of step-by-step steel pipe traversing device.With these studies,the automatic control system of multi-task mechanism was set up to be suitable for this equipment.This method had achieved the expected results through actual project tests.With adopting the method,the automatic control system runs stably,well and has high production efficiency.
