热力学方法在不锈钢氧化层结构分析中的应用

摘要 阐述了热力学在氧化层结构分析中的应用,首先利用CALPHAD方法收集Fe-C-Cr-Ni-O全成分范围的热力学参数,在此基础上添加了Mn-Si富Fe-C-Cr-Ni-O角热力参数而形成的不锈钢氧化物热力学数据库。利用此氧化物热力学数据库计算304氧化层结构,从物相分布角度研究氧化层结构,并与扫描电镜观察结果相一致。再次,利用此氧化物热力学数据库计算超纯445氧化层结构,计算结果表明氧化层处于高温时,易产生液相结构,同时解释了超纯445热轧时易粘辊的现象。 This paper describes the application of thermodynamics in the structural analysis of oxide layers.Firstly,the thermodynamic parameters of Fe-C-Cr-Ni-O are collected by CALPHAD method,and then the thermodynamic database of stainless steel oxides formed rich angle of Fe-C-Cr-Ni-O angle by adding Mn-Si.The structure of 304 oxide layer was calculated by this thermodynamic database,and the oxide layer structure was studied from the point of view of phase distribution,which was consistent with the results of SEM observation.Thirdly,the oxide thermodynamic database was used to calculate the structure of the super-pure 445 oxide layer.The results show that the liquid structure is easy to occur when the oxide layer is in high temperature,and the phenomenon of sticking rolls easily during the hot rolling of the super-pure 445 is explained.
