乳腺浸润性乳头状癌3例临床病理分析及其鉴别诊断 被引量：3

摘要 乳腺浸润性乳头状癌(infiltrational papillary carci-noma,IPC)是一种罕见的乳腺癌亚型,肿瘤主要以浸润性乳头状结构为主,现收集2015年—2016年间经病理诊断的乳腺浸润性乳头状癌3例,回顾性分析其临床病理学特征,并结合文献对其诊断及鉴别诊断进行讨论。1资料与方法1.1临床资料收集笔者所在医院2015年—2016年确诊的3例IPC,按WHO(2012)乳腺肿瘤组织学分类对其进行诊断及分类,资料齐全的3例患者一般资料见表1,3例患者均无淋巴结转移。
