自然对流对我国空间站地面热试验结果准确性的影响及修正 被引量:2

摘要 针对如何正确评价自然对流对密封舱内空气、设备温度的影响程度,并尽量消除自然对流影响的问题,采用数值仿真和试验数据分析的方法,比较了我国空间站地面垂直、水平以及无自然对流状态下密封舱内空气以及不同仪器区域内采用冷板散热、通风散热和预埋管路散热设备的温度分布,分析了自然对流对地面试验结果准确性的影响。结果表明,在当前空间站通风流动条件下,舱内人活动区空气温度分布受自然对流的影响可以忽略;当通风散热设备表面附近空气流速大于0. 3 m/s时,自然对流对设备温度的影响可以忽略;冷板散热和支架管路/预埋管散热设备的温度受自然对流的影响可以忽略。 To evaluate the influence of natural convection on the temperatures of air and equipment within the sealed capsule and to eliminate the influence of natural convection,numerical simulation and experimental analysis were adopted to compare the temperature distributions of air in the sealed capsule of China Space Station(CSS)under conditions of natural convection in the vertical and hori-zontal directions,and without natural convection.Comparison was also made on the temperature dis-tributions of the heat sink facilities by adopting heat dissipation methods of cold plate,ventilation and embedded pipeline in different regions of the cabin.The influence of the natural convection on the experiment was analyzed.The analysis results showed that the effect of natural convection on the air temperature distribution in the human activity region could be neglected under the current venti-lation conditions.When the air flow velocity near the surface of the device was greater than 0.3 m/s,the influence of natural convection on the device temperature could be neglected.The effect of the natural convection on the temperature of the heat sink facilities by adopting heat dissipation methods of cold plate,ventilation and embedded pipeline was negligible.
