云南省污染源自动监测设备运行维护监督管理存在的问题及建议

Problems and Corresponding Suggestions on Operation and Maintenance and Supervision of Auto-monitoring Devices of Pollution Sources in Yunnan

从发展历程、管理、设备运转、监控设备市场、数据质量、系统运行维护等方面研究了云南省污染源自动监控系统现状,提出了制约发展的因素,分析了监督管理存在的问题,提出了建议。认为加强运行维护监督管理应着力抓好六个方面的工作。

The present situation of the auto-monitoring devices of pollution sources in Yunnan were examined based on the aspects of its development, management, operation, market, data quality and maintenance. The constraints were identified as well as the problems in terms of supervision management. Suggestions involving in six aspects were put forward.
