摘要
探究了样品保存剂(硫酸)对水质高锰酸盐指数测定的影响,结果表明,保存剂的加入量对样品高锰酸盐指数浓度的测定有一定影响,且随着酸度的提高,样品的高锰酸盐指数浓度越高。因此酸度必须适宜,否则将会导致测定结果出现偏差。
When permanganate index is measured by the acidic method, the influence factors include the reagent concentration, the heating temperature, the heating time, the dropping point speed, and the acidity. This paper explored the effect of the sample preservative sulfuric acid on the determination of permanganate index. The results showed that the addition amount of preservative had a certain influence on the concentration of permanganate index, and the concentration became higher with the increase of acidity. Therefore, the acidity must be appropriate. Otherwise the measurement results would be biased.
