摘要
为寻求利于奶白菜生长的基质配比,以农业生产中常用的沙子、草炭、腐殖酸为基质,通过调查奶白菜的发芽势、发芽率、株高、开展度、产量等指标,研究不同配比基质对沙培奶白菜发芽和生长的影响。结果表明,各处理下的发芽情况较好,但6种配比基质对奶白菜的发芽势和发芽率并无显著影响,对奶白菜株高、开展度的影响显著,T2、T3的株高和开展度好于其他处理,株高最高为27.10 cm,开展度最大为22.37 cm;对奶白菜产量的影响显著,T2组的产量最高,为1.404 kg·m^(-2),其次是T3,产量为1.341 kg·m^(-2)。生产上推荐使用T2:30%沙子+60%草炭+10%腐殖酸和T3:40%沙子+60%草炭这2种基质。
In order to find out the appropriate ratio of substrate for the Chinese cabbage cultivation, the sand, grass charcoal and humic acid were chosen in this research, the germination potential, germination rate, plant height, plant expansion and yield of Chinese cabbage were investigated. The results showed that the germination of every group was good, the germination potential and germination rate were not significant different among the six kinds of substrate ratios, while the plant height and expansion were significant different. The plant height and expansion of T2 and T3 groups were better than other treatments,The highest plant height was 27.10 cm and the maximum development degree was 22.37 cm. The yield of Chinese cabbage was significant different among different matrix formulation substrates, the T2 group showed the highest yield of 1.404 kg ·m^-2, followed by T3, and the yield was 1.341 kg ·m^-2. The best matrix formulation was T2: 30% sand + 60% grass charcoal + 10% humic acid and T3: 40% sand + 60% grass charcoal.
