股骨颈骨折患者疼痛护理的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of pain nursing for patients with femoral neck fracture

目的探讨疼痛护理对股骨颈骨折术后患者疼痛症状缓解的效果。方法选取2015年9月～2017年12月我院收治的65例股骨颈骨折接受手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=33)和对照组(n=32)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用疼痛护理。采用数字评定量表(NRS)评分评估并比较患者的疼痛程度,比较两组患者的疼痛缓解、消失时间、住院时间及护理总满意度。结果术后半个月和1个月两组患者的NRS评分低于术后24 h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组术后半个月和1个月的NRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者的疼痛缓解、消失时间和住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对股骨颈骨折患者实施精确的疼痛护理有利于减轻术后患者的疼痛程度,提高患者的护理满意度,缩短住院时间和疼痛缓解、消失时间。

Objective To explore the effect of pain nursing on relieving pain symptoms of patients with femoral neck fracture after operation.Methods A total of 65 patiens with femoral neck fracture treated in our hospital from September 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into observation group(n=33)and control group(n=32)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given pain nursing on the basis of the control group.Number Rating Scale(NRS)was used to evaluate and compare the degree of pain,the pain relief,disappearance time,hospitalization time and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The NRS score of the two groups was lower than that of 24 hours after operation,the difference was significant(P<0.01).The NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at half and one month after operation,the differences were significant(P<0.01).The pain relief,disappearance time and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Accurate pain nursing for patients with femoral neck fracture is helpful to reduce the degree of pain after operation,improve patient satisfaction,shorten hospitalization time and pain relief and disappearance time.
