艺术行为治疗联合奥氮平、吡拉西坦对老年阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能的改善效果

Improvement effect of art behavior therapy combined with olanzapine and piracetam on cognitive function in elderly patients with Alzheimer's disease

目的探讨艺术行为治疗联合奥氮平、吡拉西坦对老年阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能的改善效果。方法将我院收治的68例老年阿尔茨海默病患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(34例,奥氮平+吡拉西坦)和研究组(34例,艺术行为治疗+奥氮平+吡拉西坦)。比较两组认知功能及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组定向力、注意力和计算力、记忆力、回忆能力、语言能力及认知功能总分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用艺术行为治疗联合奥氮平、吡拉西坦能够改善老年阿尔茨海默病患者的认知功能,提高其治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective To explore the improvement effect of art behavior therapy combined with olanzapine and piracetam on cognitive function in elderly patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods A total of 68 elderly patients with Alzheimer's disease were divided into control group(34 cases,olanzapine+piracetam)and study group(34 cases,art behavior therapy+olanzapine+piracetam).The cognitive function and clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of orientation,attention and calculation power,memory,recall ability and language ability and the total cognitive function scores of the two groups significant increased,and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Art behavior therapy combined with olanzapine and piracetam can improve cognitive function and enhance curative effect in elderly patients with Alzheimer's disease,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
