双氯芬酸钠滴眼液和玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合治疗复发性翼状胬肉术后干眼症的临床效果

Clinical effect of diclofenac sodium eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye after recurrent pterygium surgery

目的探讨双氯芬酸钠滴眼液和玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合治疗复发性翼状胬肉术后干眼症的临床效果。方法选取我院眼科治疗的52例(58眼)复发性翼状胬肉术后干眼症患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为观察组(29眼,双氯芬酸钠滴眼液和玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合治疗)和对照组(29眼,玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果术后1个月,观察组BUT长于对照组(P<0.05);术后2个月,观察组主观症状评分、BUT及Schirmer试验结果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用双氯芬酸钠滴眼液和玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合治疗复发翼状胬肉术后干眼症可有效缓解临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of diclofenac sodium eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye after recurrent pterygium surgery Methods Fifty-two patients(58 eyes)with dry eye after recurrent pterygium surgery in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group(29 eyes,treated with diclofenac sodium eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops)and control group(29 eyes,treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops)according to the different treatment methods.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results At one month after operation,the BUT of the observation group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05);at 2 months after operation,the score of subjective symptoms,BUT and result of Schirmer test in the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of diclofenac sodium eye drops and sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye after recurrent pterygium surgery can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of popularization and application.
