百令胶囊辅助治疗肾病综合征的效果及对肾功能、外周血11-DH-TXB2和HMGB-1水平的影响

Effect of Bailing capsule in adjuvant treatment of nephrotic syndrome and its influence on renal function, levels of peripheral blood 11-DH-TXB2 and HMGB-1

目的探讨百令胶囊辅助治疗肾病综合征的效果及对肾功能、外周血人11去氢血栓烷B2(11-DH-TXB2)和高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB-1)水平的影响。方法将我院收治的肾病综合征患者90例随机分为观察组与对照组,各45例。对照组予以肾病综合征常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用百令胶囊治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的血尿素氮、血肌酐、外周血11-DH-TXB2及HMGB-1水平均显著降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊可有效提高肾病综合征患者的治疗效果,促进肾功能恢复,抑制血小板活化,改善机体炎症反应。

Objective To explore the effect of Bailing capsule in adjuvant treatment of nephrotic syndrome and its influence on renal function,levels of peripheral blood human 11 dehydrothromboxane B2(11-DH-TXB2)and high mobility group protein B1(HMGB-1).Methods Ninety patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment of nephrotic syndrome,while the observation group was treated with Bailing capsule on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,peripheral blood 11-DH-TXB2 and HMGB-1 in the two groups significantly decreased,and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsule can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients with nephrotic syndrome,promote the recovery of renal function,inhibit platelet activation and improve the body's inflammatory response.
