快速康复外科理念护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除患者的护理效果

Nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical concept nursing in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨快速康复外科理念护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除患者术后康复、VAS评分及并发症发生情况的影响。方法选取我院2015年3月至2018年2月收治的腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者78例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组及观察组,各39例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上应用快速康复外科理念护理。比较两组患者的康复情况、疼痛情况和并发症发生情况。结果观察组肛门首次排气时间、下床活动时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后7 d,两组VAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者护理中,快速康复外科理念护理效果理想,推荐推广。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical concept nursing in postoperative rehabilitation,VAS scores and complication of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Seventy-eight patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to February 2018 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received rapid rehabilitation surgical concept nursing on this basis.The status of rehabilitations,pains and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The time of first anal exhausting and the time of getting out of bed in the observation group were earlier than those of the control group,and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 7 days after nursing,the VAS scores of both groups decreased,and that of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,rapid rehabilitation surgical concept nursing has ideal effect,which is recommended to promote.
