护理部品管圈推进小组在开展“品管圈”活动中的作用

目的探讨护理部品管圈推进小组在开展"品管圈"活动中的作用,为全院护理单元开展"品管圈"奠定基础。方法成立护理部品管圈推进小组前对28名护士长进行"品管圈"知识现况问卷调查,依据调查结果,组织品管圈相关知识培训,定期检查品管圈质量,10个月后再次调查,对比护理部品管圈推进小组干预前、后护士长品管圈知识评价、各科室品管圈质量得分脱产无形成果评价。结果护理部品管圈推进小组干预后,护士长对品管圈相关知识掌握得分高于干预前(P<0.05)。干预后,护士长对品管圈十大步骤掌握得分均优于干预前(P<0.05)。干预后,以护士长为辅导员的护理单元品管圈质量得分显著高于干预前(P<0.05)。干预后,护士长对品管圈手法应用及团队凝聚力均有提升。结论护理部品管圈推进小组在开展"品管圈"活动中起积极的作用,促进了护理管理者对品管圈相关知识的学习及品管圈手法的掌握,提高了护理品质。

Objective To explore the role of quality control circle promotion team of nursing department in the activities of "quality control circle",and in order to establish a solid foundation for developing the "quality control circle" activity in all nursing units in the hospital.Methods Before the establishment of "quality control circle" promotion group in nursing department,28 head nurses were investigated by questionnaire.According to the survey results,relevant knowledge training of quality control circle was organized,quality of quality control circle was checked regularly,and the quality of quality control circle was investigated again 10 months later.The quality control circle knowledge evaluation of head nurses,quality score of quality control circles in departments and intangible achievement evaluation were compared before and after intervention of quality control circle promotion team of nursing department.Results After the intervention of quality control circle promotion group in nursing department,the head nurses'mastery score of knowledge about quality control circle was higher than that before the intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the head nurses'scores of mastering the ten steps of quality control circle were better than those before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality control circle score of nursing unit with head nurse as counselor was significantly higher than that before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,head nurses improved the application of quality control circle techniques and team cohesion.Conclusion The quality control circle promotion team of nursing department play a positive role in the activities of "quality control circle",which can promote nursing managers to learn the quality control circle knowledge and techniques,and improve nursing quality.
